Nicholas Coblence founded his management-consulting firm Sasha’s Project in 2009. Primarily based in New York City, Sasha’s Project specializes in brand management, arts administration and project management in the arts, cultural products, luxury products and fashion. Nicholas Coblence holds a BA in Sociology from Vassar College and a MA in Arts Administration from Columbia University.
Before creating his firm, Nicholas Coblence acquired extensive experience in positions of marketing and administration for cultural organizations and luxury companies, including permanent positions at Chanel in Tokyo, Bill Blass, Assouline Publishing and the Nomadic Museum featuring the Ashes and Snow exhibit. In addition, he was given the opportunity to work as an intern at The Museum of Modern Art, The Guggenheim Museum and the Batsheva Dance Company in Israel.
Growing up, Nicholas lived between France, Italy and the United States and besides New York, his jobs have allowed him to live in Paris, Tokyo and Tel Aviv and he is totally bi-lingual, French and English.
